Noble Systems Reports Record-Breaking Revenue Growth in Australia

Global contact centre solutions provider sees dramatic gains in fast-growing economy fueled by strategic acquisition, organic client growth and groundbreaking new offerings

Sydney, Australia – 27 April, 2012: Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in unified contact centre technology solutions, today announced that 2011 revenue from operations in Australia grew by more than 48 percent from 2010 totals. The broad gains reflect income from system sales, support and clients and partnerships gained through the acquisition of Melbourne-based WFM specialist Open Wave.

“Noble Systems has been investing and growing in Australia for more than a decade,” said Paul Luketich, Managing Director of Noble Systems Australia. “The explosive gains we’ve seen in recent years are the culmination of a long-term effort. It’s a credit to the dedicated team we have working here and the clients – established and new – who make our continued success possible.”

The record-breaking year was highlighted by the October acquisition of Open Wave, a fast-growing WFM provider. In addition to clients and intellectual property, Noble Systems brought Open Wave’s innovative employee base into the company and has retained the entire team. In 2012, Noble Systems has already hosted its first-ever Select Noble Users Group Australasia conference in Sydney.
