Looking to build out its Oracle services stack, Red Rock Consulting has picked up exclusive local distribution rights to management software from US vendor, Unitask.

Unitask sits on top of the Oracle E-Business Suite and allows users to automate business strategy tasks such as configuring and managing an Oracle printer network, Red Rock co-CEO, Jonathan Rubinsztein, said.

The deal comes a month after the integrator signed a similar distribution deal with business intelligence software provider, Noetix.

"Red Rock is currently building a couple of alliances with organisations that have complementary products and offerings to the Red Rock consulting offer," he said. "This is a suite we think will position our services well and provide a certain point of differentiation to others in the marketplace."

Unitask vice-president of sales and business development, Paul Gervason, said the vendor had been attracted by Red Rock's deep understanding of the Oracle E-Business Suite alongside its position in the local industry.
