Western digital enters small-office network storage market
The company has launched a four-bay storage system which allows up to 4TB of capacity and multiple RAID configurations.
Western Digital this week launched its first foray into the small-office network storage market with the ShareSpace drive bay system.
The four-bay storage system can provide up to 4TB of storage capacity and multiple RAID configurations, and includes a Gigabit Ethernet (GigE) interface.
WD's Anywhere Backup software is included, as is iTunes server, a download manager and the MioNet Web access service.
The RRP is $1400 for the 4TB model, and $749 for a 2TB model.
