3Com Wireless Mobility System
This system centrally manages, secures and controls wireless networks of all sizes. It provides wireless switches and controllers, managed access points and planning and management software and delivers network services based on user identity instead of ports or devices, allowing uninterrupted roaming and wireless VoIP. The mobility domain architecture enables controllers and switches to share user databases, adding a new level of user and group access control to network resources. Aruba Mobile Edge
Pitched as a wireless system for consumers with varied mobility needs, Mobile Edge architecture lets users connect over the air and across any network to securely gain access to enterprise resources. The package consists of controllers, access points, software and management. The mobility controllers, complete with an integrated firewall, centralise the security and management of wireless networks. The 802.11 a/b/g access points (APs) include single- and dual-radio models, as well as APs for outdoor use. The APs work in conjunction with mobility controllers to simultaneously provide network access and RF monitoring services. It provides wireless intrusion protection, RF management, role-based access control, fast roaming, client integrity, and location tracking.

This solution provides a link to remote networks and nearby computers simultaneously. It features tri-band, dual spectrum operation. Super G and optional Turbo A modes extend the throughput to 108Mbps.
