WebMarshal 6.1
This 3-in-1 secure Web gateway delivers new features around HTTPS content security, Web application control for instant messaging and streaming media and Microsoft ISA Server integration. Marshal claims it goes beyond URL filtering to combine technologies for Web access control, data leakage prevention and Web threat security into one easy to manage and scalable solution. WebMarshal 6.1 enables granular policies to be enforced which control access to encrypted HTTPS sites. These are based on certificate properties such as valid, selfsigned or expired. HTTPS content scanning also ensures users can only access secured sites that meet approved standards and that all content flowing in and out of an organisation strictly conforms to internal policies and external regulatory requirements. WebMarshal 6.1 also offers further Web application control over instant messaging and streaming media. Users can now implement policies to allow or block a range of streaming video protocols including Apple QuickTime Audio/Video (RTSP), Google Video, Microsoft Windows Media, Real Media and YouTube. Instant messaging can also be blocked.
