First look: Office Live Workspace
Some good collaboration features, but there are problems that still need to be ironed out

Office Live Workspace lets you share documents with others via a Web interface that includes workspaces for your projects and different document types. When you create a new workspace, you can choose from several prebuilt templates or create a new one from scratch. Each project workspace is prepopulated with a variety of generic documents. You can, of course, also use your own. Office Live Workspace includes viewers for Office documents. If you want to edit the documents, you'll have to install an add-in. Once you install an add-in, you can save documents to your workspace or open documents from your workspace while you're still within Office.
