Emu Design plays with fire
Brisbane-based software company, Emu Design, will have its games management skills put to the test during the World Firefighter’s games in the UK this month.
The company is providing complete technology support to the games as well as managing online registrations.
Emu also helped to develop the website and interactive technology behind the games promotion.
The World Firefighter’s Games will be made up of 60 sporting events over 10 days and is expected to attract more than 5000 competitors.
“We are delighted to be working with the World Firefighters Games and providing this extensive level of support to such an important international sporting event,” Emu managing director, Scott Hutchison, said.
Emu was selected after its efforts at the World Police and Fire Games in Adelaide last year.
