Former Channel Manager, Tim Dawson has been promoted to Business Innovation Manager to focus on strategic business opportunities and enhancing the company’s systems and processes.
James Caldwell has been promoted to Channel Manager to continue the company’s strong focus on reseller support, building on his past experience in channel account management and client services.
A new recruit for AVG is Michael Chapman who has been appointed as a new Reseller Account Manager. In this role he will be closely working with James and the AVG Channel Team to provide premium quality service to the company’s reseller partners.
A recent business graduate of Monash University, Michael has also spent three years working in the hospitality sector where he gained a thorough understanding of customer service skills.
