This wireless networking kit enables high-performance network gaming and simultaneous streaming of multiple high-definition videos and will connect to any existing router or gateway.
Automatic Quality of Service (QoS) ensures lag-free gaming and jitter-free HD streaming. The WNHDEB111 works with Xbox, PlayStation, Wii, TiVo HD and Slingbox consoles and digital set-top boxes, Netgear's EVA8000 Digital Entertainer HD, Apple TV, and network attached storage. Its Smart Wizard application is designed to simplify setup by automatically detecting and configuring a user's devices.
Push 'N' Connect technology facilitates a secure Internet connection using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS), while support of wireless "ad-hoc" mode enables wireless LAN peer-to-peer gaming. Its multicast point-to-multi-point facilitates also allow HD video streaming. The WNHDEB111 also automatically configures to access point or bridge mode. It is compatible with Windows Vista, 2000 and XP, as well as Mac OS, Unix and Linux.
