Kerry Baillie will be announced as the new managing director of Ingram Micro Australia, according to sources close to the company.
Current Ingram boss, Steve Rust, is expected to be retained in a senior director's role.
The news comes after both men flew to Singapore on Tuesday for a meeting to finalise the local organisational structure.
The senior executives of both companies are expected to be offered top jobs within the new organisation.
