Vertebral gets Select with Cisco
SMB IT services outfit Vertebral Solutions has become the first NSW partner to be awarded Cisco's Select Certification.
It is one of three companies in Australia to gain the certification so far alongside Queensland's IPTel Solutions and Victoria's Network Company Australia.
Vertebral director, Yasien Adams, said it was a significant step that highlighted its focus on the SMB market. To gain the certification, Vertebral was required to appoint an account manager and get an engineer qualified.
The certification allows Vertebral to sell and service the latest Cisco SMB communication systems.
"Now that we have got the right credentials and technical expertise, we can penetrate the SMB market more effectively and deliver products that fit in with their business," Adams said.
"It gives us the ability to provide everything under one umbrella from Internet access through to networking security services."
