Ricoh Aficio SP C220S
The Aficio SP C220S is aimed at small businesses and workgroups. Designed to integrate in any office environment, the C220S combines network printing, copying and scanning and uses '4 Drums Tandem' technology which enables fast colour printing at the same speed as mono. Regardless of which is selected, the Aficio SP C220S offers users 2400 x 600dpi printing speeds of 16 pages per minute (ppm). The new Aficio printers enable businesses to reduce their carbon footprint, Ricoh claims, by using less than half the quantity of supplies of previous models. Other features include automatic duplex printing, scan-to technologies and TWAIN drivers which assist organisations to reduce paper usage and supply costs. Also in the range, the Aficio SP C222SF adds facsimile features, a 100-page memory capacity, 20 one-touch numbers and 50 speed dials for increased speed and convenience.

Lexmark X6570
Lexmark's latest all-in-one with fax capabilities offers wireless technology and business class speeds for increased productivity. Combined with efficient two-sided printing technology, the X6570 has a fully-featured fax and scan option to help eliminate paper-based procedures. The machine has integrated 802.11g technology, while the fax capabilities are supported by a 25-page automatic document feeder, 99 speed dials, automatic redial, caller ID support, and a 33.6Kbps modem. Users can directly print photos from a memory card, USB flash drive or a PictBridge compatible camera. The machine offers print speeds of 28ppm in mono and 24ppm in colour at up to 4800 x 2400dpi resolution. Lexmark's evercolor2 ink technology is also designed to resist water, highlighting, fading and humidity. The X6570 allows users to convert documents to PDFs, while Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software allows users to scan hard copy text documents into a soft copy format.

HP OfficeJet Pro L7590
The L7590 features new rebranded ink cartridges which HP claims cost up to 50 per cent less per page than other industry colour laserjet printers. The printer offers faxing, two-sided printing and copying capabilities, an automatic document feeder and an optional 350-sheet paper tray for total input capacity of 600 sheets. It scans at up to 2400dpi CCD optical resolution and has the ability to scan into digital files that can be stored, reprinted and shared. The scan-to-network folder option also means documents can be scanned to a folder from the control panel, while the printer's on-board memory can hold up to 125 pages, preventing users from missing faxes. Additionally, a junk fax barrier helps to block unwanted faxes. The L7590 has a duty cycle of up to 7500 pages per month, 64MB standard memory and optional connectivity with USB2 HS devices.
