Bill Gates: A New Approach to Capitalism in the 21st Century 28 January, 2008 07:12:19
Transcript of Gates speech, and a Q&A at World Economic Forum in Davos, SwitzerlandAs you all may know, in July I'll make a big career change. I'm not worried; I believe I'm still marketable. I'm a self-starter, I'm proficient in Microsoft Office. I guess that's it. Also I'm learning how to give money away.

Voice integration company, iTa, has formalised an arrangement with Telstra to co-develop and deliver voice solutions.
iTa develops automated interactive customer contact solutions using technologies such as speech recognition and VMXL 2.0. It offers a range of services, from system integration to individual softphones, self-service applications and CTI.
iTa CEO, Nick Buckle, said it had worked with Telstra in the past. The new Teaming Agreement will see the pair working together on speech solutions and educating customers about the benefits of the technology.
He singled out government and enterprise companies as important cornerstones for iTa's solutions uptake, with Centrelink being a major customer.
"We have previously partnered with Telstra and put together a highly specialised team structured around market education of our speech applications," Buckle said.
Late last year, iTa sponsored and released research in the area of automated speech solutions, and claims to have experienced steady growth and maturity in the field.
In a release, Telstra spokeswoman, Agnes Sheehan, said the Teaming Agreement further strengthened the pair's relationship.
