Brightpoint Australia Launches a New and Improved Online Platform

Brightpoint Australia (Pty.) Limited, a subsidiary of Brightpoint, Inc, a leading global distributor of wireless devices and provider of customized logistic services to the wireless industry, today unveils an online platform with a new look and feel for their customers. This new application offers users a better platform for information and more intuitive layout to assist clients and staff.

“Based on customer feedback, we commenced a project to upgrade Brightpoints’ online offering”, said Felix Wong, Managing Director, Brightpoint Australia. “In order to offer a premium service, we upgraded all our hardware and software to the latest standards and then designed the visible content. These new enhancements are designed to support customers enabling them to access information while making it easier to conduct business.”

Some of the new features include simplified logins where users can choose their own passwords, an order tracking system for all customers regardless of how the order is placed with online visibility of backorders, shipped orders and links to freight information. This new platform also offers an enhanced search function, copies of invoices, a promotional area and an improved ‘Help’ and ‘FAQ’ section.

In addition is a product ‘Matrix’ for all handsets and devices with all associated accessories being available in the product view section – both with an ‘add to cart’ function.
