My favourite book or movie ...I always have a book on the go and enjoy a night at the cinema. My favourite movie is Life is Beautiful, directed by Roberto Benigni. Ever the optimist, I love the way this movie captures a sense of hope, love and laughter in adversity, while being set amidst the holocaust.
If I could go anywhere ...I would love to see the treasures of Morocco. It has the perfect blend of mystery, beauty and culture to entice me as an ideal holiday destination, and is quite close to one of my favourite countries, Spain.
If I wasn't doing this job ...At school I always wanted to be a nurse, but after some pretty confronting work experience I changed my mind. I think my dream job these days would perhaps be general manager of a five-star tropical island resort - someone please bring me a Long Island Iced Tea.
The person I most admire ...I have worked with some pretty amazing business professionals in my 14 years at Express Data, however I would have to say my father has always inspired me to work hard and believe in my own abilities. He has been in business for 45 years and even though Samuel Goldwyn is famous for the quote, my father attributes his success to "the harder I work, the luckier I get".
I really hate ...people who stop at the end of a busy escalator to decide which way they want to go... argh!
