TechLink offers a multi-tiered catalogue, searchable by product or vendor category, price range or stock level. Resellers can view their specific pricing and all customers can order online, with cash customers utilising secure credit card facilities. Functionality also includes fully integrated online software licensing, extensive real-time inventory status, a freight calculator based on product weight and delivery method, a portal into our freight partner’s track and trace systems, a complete view of order status, promotion information and white papers. Using Top Config, resellers can configure HP notebooks, workstations and desktops specifically designed to meet their customers’ needs. HP technicians will add the extra RAM, hard drives, operating system upgrades and other listed options plus they will deliver straight to the end user.
