IProvide by AAPT
IProvide is an independent company contracted to develop and manage AAPT’s indirect partner program for SME solutions. IProvide’s charter is to recruit, train and support IT&T resellers who are implementing new voice and data IP solutions for SMEs.
The IProvide Partner Program focuses on supplying telco services to SMEs via various IT&T service companies such as system integrators, value added resellers and CPE resellers.
The program provides partners with a full range of products, support and training to enable IT&T service companies to package telco services with their own specialist offerings.

The IProvide Partner Program delivers all the support, tools and products our partners need to attract and win business with their SME customers. Responsiveness, transparency and ease of doing business represent the foundation of this program and are reflected in each aspect of the IProvide Program. This makes it easy for our partners to deliver timely and cost effective solutions to their customers.
1. Winning Business
We support our partners to create demand for their products and services through lead generation, referral as well as co-marketing. IProvide also provides the necessary sales training and support that partners need to successfully convince their customers that they are the right company to work with.
2. Training & Recognition
IProvide’s comprehensive training program, called “IProvide Academy” is designed to take new or existing partners through the steps of understanding the products they have decided to sell, how to sell those products, and how to order them and work with IProvide. A trained IProvide Partner will have the knowledge, expert support and marketing tools needed to offer the customers a wide range of well branded, flexible and cost-effective business communications solutions.
3. Products & Solutions
IProvide partners gain access to AAPT’s comprehensive range of voice, data and Internet services that can be tailored and fully integrated into very attractive business solutions for individual customers.
In March 2006, IProvide launched the first true business grade VoIP product for Australian SMEs. The product, IProvideOffice, delivers all the fixed communication needs for business (Voice, VPN and Internet) over a single broadband. IProvide Office uses this IP technology to offer partners a comprehensive and highly competitive voice and data solution.
4. Service Promise
Accurate information about provisioning times, order status and fault handling are crucial for successfully delivering solutions to SME customers. IProvide has put processes and systems in place which ensures that problems are taken care of immediately with continuous communication until closure.
5. Billing Transparency
IProvide offers a flexible billing model like no other telecommunication provider in the market. Regardless of whether AAPT or the partner bills the end customer we give information on commissions and/or discounts when and where our partners need it.

1. IProvide Partner Program
Our program is flexible, has attractive upfront and trailing commissions and/or discounts, and offers full training and marketing support without locking partners into an exclusive agreement. It is tailored specifically to meet every partner’s needs, regardless of whether they are a System Integrator, Value Added Reseller or a CPE reseller. What’s more, at IProvide, partners can choose the business model most appropriate for their needs.
They can either earn commissions for selling AAPT products, resell AAPT products under their own name at prices they determine and earn a margin or a combination of both.
A key feature of the program is the amount of information presented to the IT&T reseller in relation to ordering, provisioning and after-sales support. It enables the IT&T reseller to truly provide a superior service for SMEs and fulfil the important role of a trusted advisor in respect of an SME’s overall IT&T needs.
More sophisticated IT&T service companies are able to bundle the IProvide’s telco offering to SMEs with their own services. They can then charge for the telco services and their own services on one integrated bill. In this case the IT&T reseller is able to present its own brand and unique service proposition as a total solution for the SME.

The IProvide Academy provides IProvide Partners with a range of courses to suit their varied needs – from simple introductory type training modules to more sophisticated technical and engineering tutorials covering new technologies such as VoIP.
