A new report from Peoplebank claims ICT contractors are leaving Canberra in droves and relocating back to NSW and Victoria. Has anyone seen a spike in the availability of contractors in NSW and Victoria, and indeed, a decline in the number of contractors available for hire in the nation's capital?

Peoplebank is attributing the shift to the Gershon report, which recommended the government cut down on the number of contractors hired - are we finally seeing proof of this action being taken?
