I'd be very interested to hear industry opinion on which of these two big-gun vendors treats its resellers better - which are you more comfortable working with, which is more responsive to your needs as a reseller, or is more active in helping you to engage with customers?
Both vendors draw a large number of resellers to them, for obvious reasons, of course. The question is how they respond to this reseller fan-base.








Microsoft - we get far more support and their openness with the media often helps my business too. Never seen an Apple reseller in the papers
Apple don't need the papers. Too cool.
