Gartner vice president and distinguished analyst, Tiffani Bova is one of the keynotes at Microsoft Australia Partner Conference (APC) 2015.

Bova was instrumental in the development of what Gartner calls, The Future of IT Sales. She has helped define what it means to grow into new markets, segments and customer bases.

Bova takes an analytical approach to sales strategies. Her work at Gartner earned her the firm’s Thought Leadership award in 2013. A highly sought after technology and sales speaker that has graced over 200 conferences worldwide, Tiffani brings a wealth of experience and unique perspective to this year’s conference.

Bova specialises in defining sales strategies in a market where competition is increasing, new providers are entering the marketplace and everyone is trying to expand into emerging markets as well as get better at selling into mature and emerged markets.

Prior to her nine years at Gartner, Bova spent 14 years in sales, channel and executive roles at both start-up and Fortune 500 technology companies. From sales rep to the upper echelons of leadership, Bova ended her sales career as the head of Gateway Computers indirect channel sales, programs and strategy.

Considered an early pioneer in building some of the first Cloud-based channel programs and go to market models, she describes herself a 'recovering sales rep'. Bova has a passion for staying close to the challenges and opportunities of sales forces around the world.

Bova will share her personal journey to find the ultimate in career success and personal fulfilment including exercising your ‘confidence muscle’ and building a ‘symphony of support’ which will inspire and delight all IT professionals at every stage in their career.
