Software company, Klugo, has merged with managed service provider, Outserve, to combine forces and accelerate plans for growth.
Upon closing of the deal, the two organisations now operate together as one business called Klugo Group.
After achieving NetSuite 5 Star Partner status and growth over the past two years, Klugo said it had struck a strategic deal with Outserve to provide NetSuite implementation and support services.
The partnership enabled Klugo to focus on NetSuite business and software development, whilst Outserve provided consulting, implementation, and outsourced accounting services for the customer.
The companies claim that the new merger makes the combined entity one of the largest NetSuite solution providers, implementation, and development partners in the Asia-Pacific region.
“After two years of working successfully with Outserve, the Klugo board decided that merging with Outserve was most effective way to accelerate our growth plans,” explained Klugo chief executive, Annaliese Kloe.
“Significant local and international interest in NextService and local NetSuite customer success meant that we needed to ramp up service delivery.
"Merging with Outserve was the obvious solution to helping our customers achieve success with NetSuite and NextService.”
Outserve chief executive, Daniel Perry added that while the businesses have been working effectively as separate companies for more than two years, the complementary service lines have meant that Outserve could grow the service delivery team, whilst Klugo could remain focused on core business development strategies.
“We are excited to be joining the Klugo Group; it creates opportunities for employees and allows us to accelerate our plans to build the most sought after NetSuite service delivery team,” he said.
The merged entity has been created with the joint company made up of 45 employees spanning software development, sales, marketing, implementation, consulting, support, and outsourced accounting services.
Headquartered in Melbourne, Annaliese Kloe will head up the business as CEO and Daniel Perry will step into the COO role.
Moving forward, Klugo Group said its focus will be on expanding its NetSuite expertise via its enterprise mobility platform and continuing to deliver NetSuite consultant lead implementation and support services.
The company added that it will target the verticals where its core competencies lie: retail, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, and field service organisations.
