Employee experience technology company, REFFIND, has appointed Rob van Es as the company’s chief operating officer.

The new role will find van Es responsible for the further development of the company’s go-to-market strategy and he will lead its plans for international expansion.

He said, “REFFIND has built very strong foundations since its listing in July, and it’s a great time to join the team and help strengthen our position. The company has made important in-roads in expanding into global markets in recent months, such as the signing of our partnership with ADP, and I am excited to help the company grow its international business even further.”

Prior to the appointment, van Es held roles in managing sales for high-tech start-up and later-stage companies such as Hearsay Social, Fortify Software and Rational Software.

He has also had stints at multinational companies like Hewlett Packard and IBM.

Most recently, at San Francisco-based Aria Systems, he was senior vice-president of worldwide sales and business development strategy for more than two years.

REFFIND co-founder and managing director, Jamie Pride, said, “Rob has proven himself as a dynamic executive with a successful track record in defining and implementing go-to-market strategies that have generated multi-million dollar sales in the past, and his talents will benefit REFFIND as we continue to drive growth both in Australia and overseas.”
