Comments

Fitbit has released the latest addition to its family of fitness trackers, the Fitbit Alta.

It has been designed with a satin finish, stainless steel body and features a line of interchangeable bands in various colours and materials so the wearable can be suited to different occasions.

The changeable bands include the classic fitness wristbands in black, blue, teal and plum, new leather bracelet in graphite or ‘blush’ pink, or silver bangle.

High-fashion women’s label, Tory Burch, will introduce new styles specific to Fitbit Alta in the near future.

The Reminder to Move feature is a new addition to the wearable that nudges the wearer to stay active throughout the day and provides visual feedback of progress made on the OLED tap display.

The new feature will encourage you to meet a mini-step goal of 250 steps each hour, approximately 2-3 minutes of walking, and will congratulate the wearer upon achieving the goal.

Starting at $AUD 199.95, the Fitbit Alta is available for presale online and will be available in major Australian retailers including Harvey Norman, JB Hi-Fi, Officeworks and Rebel Sport from March 2016.
