Human capital management solutions provider, ADP, has partnered with Cloud-based workforce management solutions company, Kronos, in a multi-year deal to offer the Kronos Workforce Ready suite.
The contract will see ADP combine the strengths of its payroll solutions and human capital management (HCM) domain expertise with the Kronos Workforce Ready suite.
The result is ADP RealTime Powered by Kronos, which will offer a HCM solution for SMEs in Australia.
ADP managing director A/NZ, Susan Heron, said businesses need solutions for managing the compliance and complexity that comes with payroll and human resource management.
“This relationship enables ADP to deliver a leading, comprehensive solution for managing time, attendance, and rostering requirements of businesses integrated with ADP’s payroll systems,” she said.
“This is yet another demonstration of ADP’s commitment to growing our HCM capabilities which, we feel, is market leading and we’re excited to bring this solution to businesses in Australia.”
Kronos A/NZ and South East Asia managing director, Peter Harte, added SMEs are the growth engine of the Australian economy.

ADP said the new solution will see ADP’s payroll solutions integrate with the Kronos Workforce Ready applications to provide SMEs with technology that improves productivity, controls labour costs, and minimises compliance risk by automating labour-intensive processes.
