REFFIND expands reach with five new clients

Employee experience technology company, REFFIND (ASX:RFN), has signed on five new clients to its portfolio, that will commence using the company’s employee experience technology within Australia.

These new clients include consumer health and pharmaceuticals company, Johnson & Johnson; the parent company of insurance brands Insurance Australia Group (IAG); producer of treatments for sleep, ResMed; insurance and risk management company, Allianz; and an unnamed prominent retail group with various brands.

The news on the ASX follows the recent announcement that the company has hired former UXC Connect marketing specialist, Stacey Beer, as its marketing director.

REFFIND Asia-Pacific vice-president, Nick Hillier, said the signing of the five new clients of this magnitude highlights the continuing strength of the company’s business development efforts and the desire from such corporates to improve the employee experience.

“New leads continue to arise in a variety of ways including outreach from our sales team, referrals by existing clients and even cold calls off the back of REFFIND’s traction in the market to date,” Hillier said.

In addition, he mentioned that the company is experiencing growth in handset numbers using REFFIND and is continuing with initiatives to maintain this uptake.

“Also notable is the high level of interest we have received from existing clients regarding WooBoard after the recent acquisition and we look forward to building adoption of this new offering,” he added.
