Services company, Myriad IT, has expanded its Oracle Consulting team with the hire of two new staff. Glenn Mansfield has been named practice manager of the Oracle Consulting team while Michael Greig joins the company as its Oracle Consulting Practice principal consultant of human capital management.
In this new role, Mansfield will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of the Oracle Consulting team. He is also charged with expanding Myriad IT’s position in the Oracle market – particularly in the areas of capital asset management, human capital management, supply chain management and financial management.
Mansfield will also be responsible for the development and management of strategic partnerships, development of the team and advising clients on the best solutions to meet their business needs.
“His proven ability to build high performing, successful teams will be invaluable to Myriad IT as it looks to consolidate and expand its position in the Oracle market, in particular in the areas of capital asset management, human capital management, supply chain management and financial management,” Myriad IT CEO, Marcus Simkin, said.
“Glenn’s appointment is something of a coup for Myriad IT and positions us to take the company to the next level as it grows into the future”.
Prior to joining Myriad IT, Mansfield served as the national consulting manager for Ndevr for almost 13 years. He has also previously worked for Graeme Jones and Associates as its senior recruitment consultant and MicroPro Computers as account manager.
Greig will be responsible for leading the implementation of effective human capital management solutions that utilise Oracle technology. He will also be working with clients to help them overcome human capital management challenges, streamline processes and increase the effectiveness of their workforces.
He becomes Myriad IT’s second principal consultant, joining David Walker (principal consultant – capital asset management) who was appointed in February.
Myriad IT said, in a statement, that the position has been newly created by the ocmpany to meet growing demand from clients looking to gain an advantage through applying modern practices to the management of their workforce. It added that it also aligns with the recent enhancements Oracle has made to strengthen and expand its human capital management offerings.Read more: Inabox hires new CFO
