SAP and Cloud solutions company, UXC Oxygen, has appointed Craig Stevenson to the role of business manager. According to the company, the new hire was made to improve its customer engagement practice.

As such, based in UXC Oxygen’s Melbourne office, Stevenson will be responsible for the business’ customers implementing SAP’s new Customer Engagement Commerce (CEC) suite of software solutions.

Stevenson claimed this includes SAP hybris, SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM implementations – all of which are aimed at helping organisations develop responsive, omni-channel commerce platforms, so they can achieve a 360 degree view of their customers.

UXC-owned digital agency, White Labelled managing director, Paul Wilson, said UXC Oxygen’s CEC practice will look to leverage contiigo’s strengths in manufacturing, insurance, travel and government sectors, as well as White Labelled’s success in retail.

“There is a need for organisations across all these sectors to streamline and automate the way they service customers.

“Following the acquisition of White Labelled and more recently contiigo, UXC Oxygen has the technical capability and demonstrable customer success stories across the full spectrum of customer experience management solutions,” he said.

Stevenson has been involved with new business development for more than 18 years and has experience in the enterprise software and professional services fields. He said he intends to use his vast experience in this role.

Prior to joining UXC Oxygen, Stevenson was Asia-Pacific vice-president of sales at global IT software and services company, Birlasoft. He was in this role for only about a year.

Before that, he was head of sales at a management consulting company, Amnis Group. This is a position he was in for about two years. Some of Stevenson’s other stints include enterprise sales at IntraLinks, account management at Unico and business development at Tectura.
