Key channel plays for 2015

As Salesforce’s top partner in Australia, we are seeing service partners start to integrate at the very beginning. Vendors have sold the concept of simplicity of Cloud technology; but are realising that Cloud, plus services, has to be the go-to market strategy to maximise return on investment. In addition, business outcomes will come to the fore. Organisations must pursue new technologies based on business outcomes to achieve desired company success.

Key technology for 2015

Mobile and analytics. Long talked about, but rarely executed efficiently. 2015 will see a renewed focus on integrating mobile and organisational objectives; both Cloud and mobile technologies require a new business-consulting approach to innovate business process, get an edge on the competition and exceed bottom-line results.

Predictive data will become another focus for leading organisations. Huge volumes of data have been amassed, the next step is achieving not only actionable insights, but leveraging it into predictive insight.

Key message to the channel for 2015

Usability is key to success. From customers through to employees, usability is the key to technological success. Invest in enablement, and pursue innovative ways to reach that goal.
