Network security company, WatchGuard Technologies, has announced its Elite 2014 channel partner award winners. The accolades were presented to the winners at the company’s recent WatchGuard Elite - ONE Vision Conference on the Gold Coast.

For the Australian region, Territory Technology Solutions went home with the top expert partners award for the northern region, while Viatek Group was awarded the same gong for the southern region.

Systemnet and Solutions Plus came in second place for the award, for the northern and southern regions respectively. Elmtree came in third for the southern region for the award.

For the top professional partners award in Australia, Content Security nabbed the award for the northern region, while Silverfern was awarded it for the southern region. Q-Computer and Think Solutions came in second for the northern and southern regions.

In addition, Astron Technology was named top associate partner, while Territory Technology Solutions was top XCS partner.

WatchGuard Technologies’ prize categories are broken out by partner status with a separate award presented to the broader channel. The northern sales region in Australia includes ACT, New South Wales, Northern Territory and Queensland, while the southern region comprises Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia.

As for the New Zealand region, Telco Technology Services was named top expert partner.

WatchGuard Technologies A/NZ regional director, David Higgins, said the accolades celebrate the fast growth and partner momentum of its channel alliances in A/NZ as they are the core driver of its business.

"It gives us great pleasure to recognise and reward the commitment and support of our partners and resellers who played a major role in the company’s sales growth and performance across the region in 2014,” he said.
