Kronos launches workforce management for SMB

Workforce ready now available in Australia

Kronos has released its workforce management solution for small to medium business in Australia.

Workforce Ready is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) private Cloud-based solution aimed at organisations with 100-999 employees. The service is hosted in Kronos’ private Cloud datacentres in The US and Holland.

The Massachusetts-based firm said the solution delivers enterprise class workforce management for SMBs.

It combines Kronos’ existing enterprise time and attendance; scheduling; absence management; and labour analytics solutions with geo-fencing technology to deliver a scalable solution to SMB.

The solution is being offered in Australia exclusively through channel partners for customers under 100 seats. It is available in short term agreements, billed monthly in arrears.

Kronos will be going direct to market for deployments over 100 seats but partners are welcome to target this market as well.

The firm’s current Customers include Arnott's, Coca-Cola Amatil, Coles Group, Metcash, George Weston Foods, Heinz, Myer, ALDI, Nestle, CorpTech, CSR Building Products, Sanitarium, Cadbury Schweppes, Linfox, Hilton Hotels and Visy.
