Canadian Oracle specialist, Emerald, is taking on the Asia-Pacific market with the opening its first Australian office in Brisbane.
The company is an Oracle platinum partner which specialises in Oracle's Primavera software suite for enterprise project management.
The Brisbane office will operate as a regional head office in Brisbane to service the Asia Pacific region.
Emerald solutions manager Asia-Pacific, Tyler Staton, said there had been an increase in demand for Emerald’s toolkit and turnkey offerings coming from the APAC region in the last few years.
"Almost 60 per cent of the world’s capital and infrastructure spending is to come from the region by 2025, demand is expected to continue," he said.
It provides turnkey managed services to the portfolio and project management teams within an organisation.
Their services include an extensive reporting, updating and streamlining add-on toolkit, known as Emerald Tools, to bring efficiency to the startup PMO or a more advanced project controls team.
According to a company statement, Emerald Tools maximises the adoption of Oracle Primavera software by accelerating deployment, streamlining ongoing project updating, and saving data entry time, while improving all levels of on-demand reporting from senior project stakeholders to foremen.
"Their Primavera In-A-Box engineered hardware and software offering, brings a ready to use solution to portfolio management teams wanting the most scalable portfolio management software toolkit in the world with uncompromised security and reliability," the statement said.
