Google releases Apps Referral Program in Australia

Program participants can earn $15 for every Google Apps user recommended

Google has released its Apps Referral Program in Australia.

The Google Apps Referral Program was first launched in US and Canada in March last year, attracting more than 10,000 individuals that signed up for the program.

The program gives Google Apps for Work users a chance to recommend Google Apps to friends, customers and networks and earn $15 for every user recommended directly into their bank accounts. It also offers coupons that can save referrals $10 for the first year, and attract more coupons as you continue referring.

Program participants will have access to templates for their email campaigns and websites, but customers must use the unique referral link to sign up for the Apps suite, which can be found here.

Participants can refer an unlimited number of customers and the amount is based on the number of users who have paid for at least 120 days. Rewards will also be given for each referral customer’s first 100 users.

This is separate to the Google Apps Partner program, which provides an annual payment to VARs, consultants and system integrators who can go beyond the initial referral and also offer other technical services.
