Colliers Australia and New Zealand has deployed new websites with Sitecore to provide a personalised, multi-channel web experience.
The new websites use the Sitecore platform and are consistent with the Colliers International United States and Canadian websites.
A “My Colliers” feature will also go live later this year.
This enables customers and end users to take control of the browsing experience by connecting to the site through their LinkedIn account and providing the ability to manage subscriptions, preferences and stored information.
Relevant information on the site can be quickly and dynamically collated and sent to customers via email keeping them informed.
The new sites also have an enhanced search capability with a ‘predictive search’ and a ‘drag map’ where site visitors in New Zealand and Australia can click on a listing and instantly view its location.
Visitors can now view more than 6000 active listed commercial properties across Australia and New Zealand as well as news articles and research data.
Content has also been enriched through the use of video which enables Colliers to demonstrate key property features.
Colliers Australia general manager, corporate marketing, Belinda Scott, said digital marketing was a key component of the company's strategy moving forward
"By implementing a consistent platform across our operations and by deploying a more sophisticated content management system (CMS), we can now offer our clients a more intuitive experience and flexible accessibility across both mobile and desktop platforms," she said.
"Intuitive navigation makes it easier for visitors to find out what they need.”
She said the deployment also gave the company the flexibility to fully manage the site in-house, which would speed up content amendment in real time.
"The site enables us to measure website statistics and the impact of specific content on any landing page in terms of eyeball metrics," she said.
"We can then make informed decisions based on the data and implement any change in content both rapidly and seamlessly to the overall end user experience.”
New Zealand website company, OneClick, as a Sitecore partner, was tasked with the Colliers New Zealand and Australia website overhaul.
