Nexgen takes top NEC unified comms channel honours

Company outperforms all other NEC channel partners in terms of sales revenue

Telecommunications provider Nexgen has won the NEC Unified Communications Channel Partner of the Year Award.

The company outperformed all other NEC channel partners in terms of sales revenue and was the top performer in terms of growth, achieving 169 per cent of the target, according to a company statement.

NEC Australian executive general Manager of the Channel, Andy Hurt, said Nexgen was the perfect example of a proactive partner.

"It delivers outstanding service to customers, and the sales team’s product knowledge is second-to-none," he said.

"Nexgen’s commitment to NEC includes attending regular training sessions to keep its sales staff up to speed.

"It exceeded its target for the year and achieved impressive growth, making it a worthy recipient of the NEC UC Channel Partner of the Year Award.”

Nexgen director, Elie Ayoub, said, the company was honoured to receive the award.

"It really shows that when you have a great product in combination with excellent customer service and a determined sales force you can really provide the most innovative solutions to your customers leading to exceptional business growth,” he said.

Nexgen has been an NEC partner for more than a decade, equipping small and medium-sized businesses with NEC systems.

It offers business communications, security and other solutions, as well as high-end multi-function printers, copiers, security surveillance cameras and video conferencing.
