Intel has launched a new range of assets to drive reseller sales ahead of Christmas.
The new SMB program will help resellers get their online and social campaigns working hard for them and includes posters, postcards and a big selection of brand new point-of-sale collateral highlighting tablets, desktops and other Intel-powered devices.
Intel SMB marketing manager A/NZ, Danielle Watts, said it was all about trying to generate business for local resellers.
“Its part of our demand generation to drive sales in Q4,” she said. “It’s the first time we have done an internal catalogue, and within that catalogue we have specific offers for resellers.
“It’s makes consumers aware you don’t have to buy a branded device.
“You can get a really hot device at a great price point.”
Watts said the take up of the service, which includes training, had made it the most successful program of its type to date.
“The take up from our perspective has been one of the best we have had,” he said.
“We launched the campaign 24 hours ago and we have already had 100 resellers go online to lead our assets,” he said.
“We generally find the instore merchandise really popular. We also give them a training deck on how to sell more product to more people.
