UXC teams up with ServiceNow

Ramps up investment in Cloud services across A/NZ and South-East Asia

UXC has ramped up its investment in Cloud services through partnering with enterprise IT Cloud provider, ServiceNow across Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia.

The partnership involves the capabilities of ServiceNow IT Service Automation Suite and Service Automation Platform with UXC’s resources that span across IT service management (ITSM) design and implementation.

This also includes strategic planning, process design, configuration, transformation management, organisational change management, alignment of process and service metric design and ICT governance enablement.

“UXC’s experience in ITSM solutions, IT strategy, consulting and managed services places it in a strong position to offer local businesses an integrated and Cloud-enabled ITSM suite,” ServiceNow vice-president of global services and APJ sales, Jimmy Fitzgerald, said in a statement.

UXC managing director, Cris Nicolli, said it would create stronger customer engagement and annuity revenue opportunities.

“This partnership is very much a part of the UXC strategic direction and is key opportunity for us,” Nicolli said.
