Thomas Duryea granted top Citrix accreditation

Becomes one of seven Australian invitation-only Platinum Solutions Advisor partners

IT infrastructure solutions provider, Thomas Duryea (TD), has been granted Citrix Platinum Solutions Advisor status, joining four other Australian partners that have achieved the accreditation.

Citrix is a provider of Cloud, collaboration, networking and virtualisation technologies. Its other Platinum partners are Gen-i, Datacom, Logi-Tech, and Regal IT.

The invitation-only accreditation recognises TD’s high level of expertise and commitment to the entire Citrix portfolio of products as a core part of its business, and demonstrates a close working relationship with Citrix on sales, implementation, and consulting engagements.

“We have worked very closely with the Citrix team for a number of years now and its solutions portfolio has been critical in allowing us to build and deploy industry leading virtual desktop and Cloud solutions for our clients,” TD CEO, Andrew Thomas, said.

According to Thomas, growth in the company’s end user computing and Cloud solutions practices has been driven by a need to realise efficiencies and cost savings from IT investments, and a need to better support a more mobile workforce.

“We are seeing tremendous growth in these areas of our business and we look forward to working even closer with Citrix as a Platinum Solutions Advisor to continue to ensure that our customers are expertly served,” he said.

With EDGE 2015 just 17 days away, ARN and Reseller News NZ held a Sponsors Briefing where ARN publisher and president, Susan Searle, and Events Manager, Alexandra West, ran through the considerable logistics in detail. Attendees then enjoyed some splendid canapes and drinks. EDGE is designed to bring the A/NZ channel together in a collaborative and educational environment. Themed around channel channel leadership, EDGE will be held at the Sheraton Mirage, Port Douglas, July 20-23. Photos by MIKE GEE.
