Red Rock Consulting acquires Meac Group

Subsidiary of UXC Limited, Red Rock Consulting, has acquired consulting services and business systems provider, the Meac Group.
Red Rock provides a complete service continuum around the Oracle stack.
The acquisition is the second for Red Rock in the last three months.
Red Rock said the acquisition is a natural progression for it due to its closely aligned partnership with Meac over recent years.
“Over the past three years Meac has worked closely with Red Rock on a number of projects and by joining the two organisations, we believe it will enable us to provide improved service to our customers, more opportunities for our staff and better results for our partners,” MEAC managing director, Stephen Camm, said. According to the company, it also further reinforces its position as a top Oracle Partner in A/NZ.
“By leveraging Meac’s intellectual property and resources, I’m convinced our supply chain management offering and our footprint in the manufacturing sector will go from strength-to strength,” Red Rock Consulting CEO, Jonathan Rubinsztein, said.
Red Rock is looking forward to progressing its software-as-a-service offering and developing a stronger presence in the mid-market, by leveraging Meac’s intellectual property and resources in this space. “Our acquisition of Meac comes at a period of significant growth for Red Rock which has seen the company double in the last three years, with aspirations to do so again in the next three,” Rubinsztein added.
