Swiss-based, global Cloud services provider, RadixCloud has launched its Australian operations, RadixCloud Australia.
RadixCloud Australia will leverage extensive local and international experience in deploying new and existing software applications into cloud infrastructure using the CA AppLogic platform. RCA provides a range of professional services including integration, support and ad-hoc problem management as well as hosting and application deployment in the cloud and on-premises.
Radix International is a key CA AppLogic partner in the US, Europe and China as a value added services provider and has replicated that model in Australia in the face of strong demand for CA AppLogic deployment skills in the region, he said. “CA Technologies has developed significant demand, technical expertise and market intelligence in the use of the CA AppLogic platform to deploy ISV and corporate solutions onto cloud infrastructure,” Radix CEO, David Coriveau, said in a statement.
“RadixCloud Australia enables CA AppLogic-based deployments anywhere, whether that be on-premise, at the data centre of the customers choosing, or in either of the Radix grids that have been set up at Infraserve or Equinex data centres.”
Partnering with RadixCloud in Australia will help expand CA Technologies partner base and capabilities for the mid-market, CA Technologies Australia and New Zealand Senior Channel Director, Klasie Holtzhuasen, said.
“Launching existing or new software into the cloud can be a complex process for organisations that do not have experience in doing so,” van Zoggel said.
“There has been a lot of enthusiasm from Australian ISVs and corporate customers to embrace the business benefits derived from deploying Infrastructure as a Service and Software as a Service solutions but it takes time and it takes technical expertise that is not always available.
“By offering a broad tool-kit of consulting, deployment, hosting and management services based on CA AppLogic technology, we enable local ISVs to deploy cloud solutions much quicker and more efficiently, without needing to significantly re-code or change their applications. By using our services, we can help those ISVs achieve far better commercial outcomes than they would be able to derive themselves.”
