Australian IT distributor, Express Online, has launched a new online catalogue for its resellers as part of a revised go-to-market strategy focused on connectivity.
It is built for mobile sales convenience, and applies to three core solution areas: mobility, enterprise solutions, and consumer solutions.
“This catalogue is about making life easier and more convenient for our resellers and their customers,” Express Online managing director, Danny Moore, said. “It’s been specifically designed to work on tablets and hand held devices to take advantage of a more mobile sales force.”
All product prices are listed in end-user RRP for search purposes, and items can be shared via email or social media platforms.
The catalogue also contributes to Express Online’s sustainability roadmap which will see the distributor drastically reduce the number of flyers and pamphlets it prints in future.
Future revisions and updates will add extra branding functionality to the catalogue, and resellers will be given the ability to co-brand it with their own logo and a personalised URL, allowing each partner to present it to customers as its own.
A price comparison functionality will also be introduced, Express Online said.

Makes sense to me, lets hope it works smoothly, at the mo the website and product searches reveal far too much and not easy to navigate, like you look for a product but cannot look at another one unless you go back to GO!! Can be very frustrating.

This is great! I've been awaiting for something like this for a while. Looking forward to seeing how the co-branding functionality works.
