TrackITOnline to distribute eG management products

New partnership will see TIOL take eG Enterprise and eG-on-Tap to A/NZ market

Enterprise solutions software distributor, TrackITOnline (TIOL), and automated performance management solutions provider, eG Innovations, have signed a partnership that will see the former distributing the latter’s management solutions through its channel partners in Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ).

eG’s management solutions are designed for virtual, Cloud, and physical IT infrastructures. According to the vendor, its products offer pre-emptive performance management, an excellent user experience, and great return on investment (ROI) for business services delivered in heterogenous environments.

Its flagship product, eG Enterprise, is effective for performance management, diagnosis and reporting of Citrix and VMware infrastructures for both virtual applications and virtual desktops.

“The virtualisation market in A/NZ is growing very fast,” TIOL director, Phil Lancaster, said. “Enterprises of all sizes are deploying new applications of virtual platforms. Many are also deploying virtual desktop and thin-client technologies to lower their total cost of ownership. Performance management technologies are a key to ensuring that infrastructure transformation projects deliver the benefits envisioned.”

Lancaster added that he sees real opportunity for the eG products, having observed its progress for “a few years now.”

As part of the agreement, TIOL will be working with its value-added resellers (VARs) and managed service providers (MSPs) within A/NZ, delivering eG Enterprise and eG-on-Tap software as a pay-per-use management service offering.
