Management industry technology solutions provider, DST Global Solutions, has appointed Meredith Odgers to the role of Asia-Pacific marketing director to promote its products and services throughout the region.
Odgers will be based in Hong Kong, and reporting to DST Asia-Pacific managing director, Philip Hogan.
“We see there is increasing demand for sophisticated technology solutions to support the future of the investment management industry in Asia-Pacific, which is growing both in volume and complexity,” Hogan said.
As such, Odgers is tasked with increasing DST’s footprint across Asia-Pacific by bringing Anova, a post-trade data management and analytics platform, to the market.
She will also contribute to collaborations with specialist firms in the asset management and insurance sectors with the DST HiPortfolio asset servicing and investment accounting solution.
“Those areas will be a key focus of Odgers, whose expertise in financial technology marketing will be instrumental to driving our business forward in the Asia-Pacific region,” Hogan said.
Before DST, Odgers, who has 15 years’ experience in marketing, particularly in the Asia-Pacific financial services sector, worked at front-office trading technology provider, Tora, as marketing vice-president.
She has also held roles at FTSE and Citibank.
