Australian and New Zealand SAP provider, Oxygen Business Solutions, has appointed general managers to both its program delivery and consulting businesses in Australia.
The program delivery general manager position has been filled with David Hillman, who has been with Oxygen since 2003.
Having occupied several senior management roles at the company, Hillman was promoted due to his ability to manage and deliver large and complex programs of work for Oxygen, and has built up trusted advisor relationships with key clients, according to CEO, Stuart Dickinson.
“He has done this while continuing to build and develop the Oxygen IP associated with bidding and winning complex solution-based opportunities,” Dickinson said.
Meanwhile, Oxygen has promoted Mark Finlayson, who has been at the company since 2004, to consulting Australia general manager.
While at Oxygen, Finlayson has held a range of senior executive roles, most recently that of national platform and technologies practice leader. During this period, he has demonstrated capability in both solution selling and delivery, Dickinson said.
“Finlayson is a very experienced technology executive,” he added. “He has been a senior member of the Australian consulting leadership team and has been integral to building Oxygen into the successful organisation it is today.”
