Unified-communications company NSC Group has been selected by Nasdaq-listed NICE Systems, which develops technology that helps analyse interactions and transactions in the contact centre space.
NSC is NICE’s first platinum partner in Australia. From NSC’s perspective, the decision to partner with NICE was driven by the needs of customers, according to NSC Managing Director, Craig Neil.
NICE has recently made a decision to move to the channel model.
The NICE SmartCenter portfolio includes workforce management, call recording, customer feedback and quality management applications, which are designed to help contact centres enhance agent productivity and performance, bolster inbound sales revenue and strengthen customer loyalty.
“There’s a lot more to it than simply installing the software,” Neil said. “And this is why NSC’s consulting-led approach to providing solutions for our customers is such a good fit with NICE.
