Internode launches new broadband plans

Reach FAB plans aim to bring choice to customers restricted by lack of options

Internet service provider, Internode, has launched a set of new Reach Fibre Access Broadband (FAB) plans that will be available at over 125 greenfield real estate developments throughout the Australian mainland.

The launch follows an agreement between Internode and Telstra Wholesale to offer services across housing estates connected via Telstra ‘Velocity’ fibre, giving customers selection flexibility.

“Previously residents could only buy their Fibre to the Home (FTTH) service through Telstra,” Internode product manager, Jim Kellett, said. “Now they have more choice when it comes to choosing their broadband provider.”

The Reach FAB plans are available through either a monthly contract with a $99 setup fee, or on a 24-month contract with no setup fee. The latter includes a pro-rated early cancellation charge if the service is cancelled during the contract period.

Full information regarding the new plans and coverage zones can be found on the Internode Reach FAB website
