Interactive Intelligence appoints CaaS manager

Interactive Intelligence CaaS manager, Anant Chitale.
Unified IP business communications solutions provider, Interactive Intelligence (II) has appointed Anant Chitale to the role of communications-as-a-service (CaaS) manager.
Based in Sydney, Chitale will manage customer and technical support for II’s CaaS Cloud-based contact centre solution.
“Chitale’s expertise and knowledge in service management will help underpin the requirements of our mid-size to large contact centre and enterprise customers in their deployment of a comprehensive hosted solution,” II Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific managing director, Brendan Maree, said.
Before II, Chitale worked for Juniper Networks as service manager, where he established managed service solutions for the likes of Telstra, the CBA, and IBM.
Overall, Chitale has over 16 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically in service and customer relationship management in multi-vendor environments. This includes tenures at Ericsson, Optus, and Motorola Australia.
He has led and executed high value-support service engagements, ITIL-based service management, and overseen the performance of contracted service level agreements.
