ICT services and solutions provider, Dimension Data, has filled its new IT Outsourcing (ITO) general manager role internally with the promotion of Haydn Faltyn.
In the position, Faltyn, who will report to director of services, Duncan Brown, will be responsible for strengthening the go-to-market strategy around ITO, managing existing client satisfaction, and driving growth around the services-led model.
Faltyn joined Dimension Data in 1990 as an engineer within Datacraft Australia, and has since progressed through senior sales and technical roles.
Most recently, he was service providers and media account director, having held the position since 2002. He took care of commercial and sales engagement into Australia's leading tier one and a group of tier two service providers.
Overall, Faltyn has over 22 years’ engineering experience.
Faltyn is excited about the new position and the opportunities it presents.
“Dimension Data is in a unique position to bring together its deep technical skills and Cloud services with the discipline of its ITO service delivery team,” Faltyn said. “This means that our clients can source IT services from Dimension Data regardless of where they are in their IT operational journey.
