SingTel promotes Bill Chang to CEO of Group ICT unit

Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel) has promoted Bill Chang to Group ICT CEO, responsbile for leading the company's enterprise business, which focuses on providing organisations enterprise-focused technology products and services.
“Enterprise customers’ demands are fast-changing and these present immense opportunities for us,” Chang said.
Chang first joined SingTel in 2005 as business group executive vice-president, with responsibility for growing the telco’s position in the enterprise customer segment. Most recently, he was Group ICT business group managing director.
“Group ICT brings together our enterprise-related business units to better maximise economies of scale and create compelling services and solutions for customers,” SingTel CEO, Chua Sock Koong. “Chang has a proven track record and I am confident he will further build on the team’s innovation efforts and expansion across the region."
Chang’s promotion follows a SingTel organisational restructure, which saw the introduction of three customer units In March, effective April 1. In addition to Group ICT, SingTel named Group Consumer and Group Digital L!fe, which are led to Paul O’Sullivan and Allen Lew, respectively. All three CEOs report to Koong.
