If you use the Wotif website regularly to book accommodation details, you should try the Wotif.com app.
It is easy to use – all you have to do is pick your destination, dates required and filter your search to get a list of hotels available in that region. You can even use the ‘near me’ or near a landmark option if you want to stay near a specific attraction.
It is easy to compare the prices of the hotel deals using the scroll list and if you wish to get more information about a particular hotel, you just have to click on it for larger photos and a detailed explanation of the deal.
After booking, you can view past, current and future booking confirmations online or offline, as well as present your booking confirmation from your iPhone on check-in.
The company will be introducing the app for the iPad soon.
This app was reviewed on an iPhone 4.
Pros: Makes hotel booking easier and more convenient.
Cons: Filter option not as prominent as other options available.
Verdict: It will be one of your favourite apps if you are a frequent traveler.
