Global management consulting firm, Accenture, in conjunction with SAP and Telstra, has launched an Accenture Innovation Centre for SAP in Australia.
The announcement follows Accenture’s expansion of its global network of innovation centres for SAP in Beijing, Tokyo, and Singapore.
Based at Melbourne’s Telstra Customer Experience Centre with virtual presentations accessible countrywide, the centre aims to provide fully-scalable SAP solutions for Australian enterprise and government organisations.
According to Accenture, the centre supports both Telstra’s and its existing innovation agenda by strengthening the alliance with SAP A/NZ.
The innovation centre will provide industry-specific demonstrations of how SAP solutions – including business analytics, mobility, the SAP HANA platform and Cloud computing solutions – can support Australian organisations in developing a comprehensive technology roadmap.
It also offers a multi-faceted learning environment where customers can validate their business case through a scenario-based proof-of-concept trial that can be tested within an organisation.
“Customers can create an infrastructure to perform proof-of-concept trials and explore emerging delivery models such as Cloud and mobility; understand analytics through real business-oriented scenarios; and take advantage of the best offerings from SAP, Accenture and Telstra,” SAP A/NZ head of business solutions and Cloud, Jeremy Goddard, said.
